6. Refund Procedure & Processing Time
Once we receive and complete inspection of your returned goods, we will issue your refund within 3–5 working days. Funds will be credited back to your original payment channel. The actual arrival time is subject to the settlement rules of your payment provider.

Customers shall bear the return shipping fees for returns due to personal reasons. If returns are required due to product quality defects, incorrect shipments or mistakes on our side, we will cover all return shipping expenses.
